Senior Designer - App Store Marketing (full time) - Hybrid + London Office
Job Purpose:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our design team for a Design Team Lead to oversee our creative efforts and workflow management for our rapidly expanding portfolio of clients. Playing a pivotal role, you will support the team in delivering app store creative assets to drive our clients' growth strategies. Important Information
- This role reports directly to the Head of Agency and the successful applicant will have two/three reportees.
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time.
- Location & Working Pattern: We operate a Hybrid working pattern with our London Office, embracing flexibility with 2 days a week at our London office near Oxford Circus.

The Role & Responsibilities:
Design Responsibilities
Lead the production of App Store Marketing Assets including:
- App Store Screenshots for iOS & Android App Stores.
- Compelling testing options for AB Testing across Appleās Product Page Optimisation and Google Store Experiments.
- In App Event Cards for iOS
- Plus wider creative for paid media across Google Ad Networks, Programmatic & Meta.
- Develop and implement AB Store Experiment strategies.
- Assist the marketing team in producing eye-catching content for Redbox Mobile's social channels.
- Create storyboards and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and rationale.
- Maintain brand consistency while encouraging creativity.
- Manage workflow allocation and prioritise tasks within the design team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Produce blogs, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Represent the company at marketing events and trade shows.
Wider Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Agency to help run the creative team, overseeing clients & the quality of the work being produced.
- Foster relationships with internal teams and clients to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage and lead our team of designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and development.
- Oversee workflow allocation, ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Support the Head of Marketing with brand creative support.
- Take a proactive role in client interactions, including receiving creative briefs, presenting design concepts, and incorporating client feedback to deliver high-quality solutions.
What we are looking for
- You have a strong creative set, competent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects 3+ years design industry experience including managing creative projects and junior members of a team. App experience is not necessary but a plus, managing creative projects and junior members of a team.
- You enjoy taking responsibility and working in small teams with a high level of independence
- You are numerate and confident with figures / data.
- Someone with energy, enthusiasm & attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Communication is an important part of the job, as designers work with both internal teams and clients to develop campaigns that meet specific objectives.
- Strong Client Service skills, this role involves direct client interaction, management and regular presentation of work produced.
- Great organisation skills with the ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently.
- A keen interest in the latest trends in all things marketing.
